Wow, Julie,
How did you say you found my blog?
That is such a coincidence. I am actually finishing up my classes this week. Monday is my last one except for hearing Harry Wong in July. I'm still applying for jobs. That's what I'm doing right now at 12:03 AM. I could use your prayers that God will open the doors to the teaching job He wants for me. Hopefully I'm on the right path. I'll be praying for you as well!

Hi Julie,

I was there today and I kept wishing I had made plans to meet up with you. My last class, Assessments is on Monday. Have you had that one? If you'll be there, let me know and we'll meet up out in the hall or something. What a crazy coincidence! I feel just like you do. I know God will provide but I'm nervous about being the right person for the job. I had an aha moment on my way home today. I'm going to act as though I already have a teaching job. That means for me, getting busy making lesson plans and learning all I can about the requirements for teaching art. Because I know me, I usually wait until the last minute when my adrenaline kicks in and then I do everything. Hopefully I can be prepared when I get that interview. You'll be in my prayers!
Thanks for your note.

You sound like you have such a positive attitude to be going through what you are. I'll be praying for the whole situation. I think teaching is such a great idea for you. It's something I wish I had done several years earlier!
That's so funny! I was sitting on the left, probably not too many rows in front of you, next to the aisle. Pretty wierd!
I am qualified to teach Art all level, but would prefer elementary or middle school I think.

Hi Julie,

Well, don't feel like a nut. I asked one lady if her name was Julie and she said no. What color is your hair? There was one girl with blonde hair I was going to try to ask and one who sat beside me with grayish brown hair, but they both got lost in the crowd.
I thought that last class was great. I am so glad that Mark taught. He's very motivational!
Any luck with jobs?

The photographs at the beginning of my blog were taken at the old missions in San Antonio. We spent most of the day just wandering through them and taking pictures. It was very peaceful.

Hi Julie,

I want to invite you to participate in the next photo challenge. Joni has asked me to be the hostess and I chose the theme,
Patriotism, or what do I love about my country? Anyway, love to have to take part!
How are you doing with the teacher apps? I still haven't heard anything...

Hi Julie,
Well how is it going? Any luck on the job front? I have applied for all the openings within reasonable distance in my content area, art. I'm getting ready to order study materials and sign up to take 2 more tests. I think ELAR 4-8 and possible Special Education. What about you? Please keep me posted. Aside from all of that, how are you doing? You can email me anytime. (karenwm55@gmail.com)
